Strategic AI For Leaders

Most executives use these tools like a slightly chattier search engine. Ask a question, get an answer, move on. That's the least interesting thing they do. The real value shows up when you treat the model like a colleague who has read everything, has no ego, and will happily sit with your half-formed idea for an hour at 11pm.

Format

Keynote or workshop — 45 to 90 minutes

Who it's for

Executives, founders, and senior strategists

What you'll walk away with

  • How to brief a model the way you'd brief a smart new hire — context first, task second.
  • Where these tools genuinely sharpen strategy, and where they'll confidently walk you off a cliff.
  • A working method for pressure-testing a plan before you take it to the board.
  • Prompts and setups you can steal and use the same afternoon.

How the session runs

Answer box vs. thought partner

Why the way you open a conversation determines almost everything about what you get back, and why 'give me ideas for X' is the worst possible start.

Working live

I take a real strategic question from the room and work it in front of you — building context, arguing with the model, throwing out the first three answers. Messy on purpose, because that's what it actually looks like.

Guardrails that matter

What not to paste into a chat window, how to sanity-check confident nonsense, and where a human still has to make the call. Short section, important one.
